Mrs. McElroy's Sweet Potato Casserole

Makes idk Servings
  • 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 stick melted butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoonn vanilla
 Step 1
Combine listed ingredients. Put into baking dish and mix together the following ingredients and top just before baking:

Additional Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 1/3 stick butter

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

    Bake 20 minutes covered, then 15 - 20 minutes uncovered at 350 Fahrenheit.
